).Likewise. I know I won't be where I want to be until late November tho. The key is burning off whatever calories you go over the limit.I hate counting calories, but I have to right now.
I'm trying to get my abs back over the next month, so the goal is less than 2,000 calories a day (I had 1,300 calories for breakfast alone this morning).
If I'm hitting the gym regularly and I'm in maintenance mode I'll eat around 2,500-2,700 calories a day.

My diet consists of oatmeal, fruit, baked salmon, grilled chicken, Brown rice and veggies. I only drink water. But when I want to lose weight fast, I eat 1500 calories per day
I also burn 800 to 1000 calories per day at the gym
I do about 4 to 6 days at the gym each week
Next week Imma do the 1500 calorie a day diet to drop a quick 10 to 20 before the fall![]()
2000 calories on a day of a cheat meal is about my max. Currently doing 1450 calories a day on average. One cheat meal a week... and workout 5 days a week....this shred life ain't for everybodyI see not only do you nikkas deal with emotions like bytches, ya'll built like'em too.
