How many glasses of water do you drink a day?

Not all of us have ascended to the level of @TAYLONDO SAMSWORTHY who does a gallon a day but for this thread that's ok since i want to see all types of perspectives.

How much water do you drink a day? Do you think you should have more or less? How does it affect you?
