Especially with people that have desk jobs and don't have someone supervising them 24/7, seems like people legit only work 2-4 hours a day and spend the rest of that time bullshytting around looking like their working when they aren't.

My last job, I maybe worked for two hours a day if that my director didn't care unless everything ran smoothly or as long as I did what he needed me to do. Now maybe 4-6. I have a lot of idle time .

answer phones, fill out paper work, some times meet clients.
