Bro is still a beast though this is not a hate post, but I can say with confidence that if Zion had shooters around him he'd be closer to 8apg RIGHT NOW at 20.

In a fantasy draft RIGHT NOW, drafting for the future my order would be

Zion
Embid
Luka
Jokic
Lamelo
You can say this with anyone. Luka would be averaging 15 assists a game instead of 9 if he has some shooters. Dallas ranks dead last in 3 point percentage

Detroit You bytch Ass nikka
There’s no 5’s in history with his skill set

Hakeem wasn’t running point ,shaq :mjlol: foh, jokic is a point center who can handle the rock, post up, make 3’s and pass like a guard
He said PF/C breh. Zion is running point and has shown GREAT playmaking ability. He is also the most efficient scorer we have seen this early in his career ever.

It's hard to agree with the thread topic while we got a nikka that's 20yo doing other things we have never seen just like Jokic :yeshrug:

It’s so hard to judge this free wheeling era against what we’ve seen in the past. Joker’s feasting on spacing and lack of any comparable talent at the position.

His numbers are amazing tho.

They said sabonis was the truth before he hit the league, but his knees went bad, but in my lifetime with my own eyes, shaq, Hakeem, Robinson

I always thought he was overrated.Had numbers, but I don't remember him being the man.Spurs were always:russell:

until Tim Duncan came along.Less aggressive Giannis.Regular season stat sheet champs, but no glory when

the games really matter.I'd take Jokic every time.Easily.

at this point, it's unfair to compare his skill set to another center because I haven't seen any big man like him. the closest player to him is Larry Bird.

I don’t think you will find too many who would say the admiral was not a force in the regular season and playoffs, but people base perceptions off of champions, but the reality, it’s a lot of great players who never won a chip, or moved past certain rounds that given the right situation for them, would get one

we can say the same thing about Shaq for the majority of his career and even Jordan especially after he came back.

beside the MVP favorite so far is a center

Jokic best center in today’s game imo but n the 90s if he had to guard real centers on the other end don’t know if he’s be on the floor long enough for those numbers
Nikka please they would just shyt on each other it would be a big man showdown he can hang

There were only 5,6 elite centers he’d even have to worry about

I think what makes Jokic so effective is that he can bang, shoot threes, run the offense from the perimeter and the post

He's a legit C, and he's really a unicorn offensively

The passing obv separates him from the other ATGs at the 4 & 5

IMO, offensively, he's a top 10 big man talent EVER

But he needs to sustain this level of excellence

Some guys just don't have it in them to be true #1 options.Despite the shiny stats & accolades.Guys like Dwight Howard, Giannis, David Robinson etc...etc..

Glorified 2nd options. Thanks to the NBA marketing machine.

he's in the middle of a GOAT tier offensive peak for a big. Obviously doesn't mean he's an all time great yet, that requires longevity. But single season dominance there just hasn't been anything like this, and it's not really a product of era when nobody else is showing his capabilities & he's way above league average performance.

there are definitely not "a lot of guys" in this convo
