I just take vitamins and that's it. All my vitamins are from Canada Drugs website. I take half a multivitamin, two fish oil tablets, and about 1/6 of a b-complex every morning, along with a Mg+Zn supplement at night before bed. I can't comment too much on the multivitamin, but there's a good deal of evidence to suggest some kind of Omega-3 supplement is a good idea, B-vitamins are important for a lot of things (I notice a difference when taking them vs not), and anyone who's taken some Mg before bed can probably testify to its effects. I take other too but not every day.
I might have developed allergies so I've been trialing some cold medicine to see what happens
Usually during the work week I have some ginseng pills to start the day but other than that just take a multivitamin if I know I'm not going to be eating much or well in the day.
