Former track folk. have you guys implimented some of your old track workouts into your current workouts. i was thinking about going to the track and doing 10 200's and 5 100's and some diffrent plyos. i just felt in such great shape when i was doing track even if visually i wasnt at my best. i figured it would do nothing but help

at using them to actually run in.
