How much did that cost you. Thinking of doing it

It was about 8k in total. I'm paying monthly, it's considered cosmetic so majority of insurances won't cover it. That 8k also covers appointments, dental cleanings, x rays etc. It's a lot but I feel like it's worth it.

It's crazy how well it fixes Any overbite/underbite issues, any gaps, it even makes your teeth bigger somehow the way it twist/turns/pulls your teeth over time. It's just annoying as fukk, be prepared to travel with toothbrush/toothpaste everywhere

I have Invisalign so I brush and floss after every meal so about 3-4 times a day.

Once I take them out I’ll probably brush about twice a day and floss at night.

Cause if you brushing your tounge everyday when you brush your teeth, along with flossing daily, you likely not gonna have bad breath. You generally only need a tounge scraper if you ain’t been brushing your tongue. Of course, it don’t hurt to use one. But they lowkey not necessary for oral hygiene if you brushing your shyt with a toothbrush twice daily.

Sometimes I'll floss directly after a meal if what I ate left a good amount of remains in my grill (ex. flaky fish).

I admit I didn't use to do as much in my younger years.
