How many times a week should u do arms

You'll hit your arms on any push/pull day......so adding two more just arms days is crazy to me.

I don't even consider "arms" a training split.

Unless dips are considered a tri exercise I never specifically target tri's.

I stick to Once a week, they get done with chest and back workouts a lot. Doing them twice a week providing you get enough rest wont be an issue though, I have done them twice a week before.

I am currently hitting Shoulders 2 a week.

Arnold suggested hitting arms twice a week for beginners and 3 times a week once you were advanced. I definitely trust him more than I trust any random nikka on Coli. But I'm not sure that type of intensity is possible for everyone, especially if you are natural. Personally, I physically can't hit arms 3 times a week....not even close.

But I guess the best answer is hit it as many times as your body will allow you to without compromising the rest of your workouts. If you can hit em 2 or 3 times a week without hurting yourself or neglecting another body part then do that shyt.

Its hard to give an exact number. My arms bulk up so fast that I skip weeks sometimes. Just depends on your body type.

In 2012, I did arms 4 times a week. I rested alot and ate well. My arms were huge. Now I do arms twice a week and make sure to do forearms as well. Getting great results.

There is no answer to a "should" question. It's all about your intensity, diet, and most importantly your rest and recovery. You can't grow muscles that haven't recovered. If you wanna hit him them multiple times a week I'd at least give myself 24 hours in between. Muscles grow outside of the gym.

i did the 4 days on one day off split for 4 months

hittin each body part 2x a week

i deaded that shyt cause this summer i wanna go out and chill with bytches on teh weekend

so im just doing mon - fri high volume type shyt

i have one full workout for bi and tri

and i do really really light bi on back day and light tri on chest day
