2 sets of 30 pushups, 2 sets of 40 crunches, 2 sets of 15 pullups, then some dumb bell work, at least 3 times a week. twice a week i play full court ball for around 2 hours.
about once a month i'll do one set of 5+ reps of 225 just to check i can still do it. the weight lifting crew at my gym always be like

when i ask if i can get a set in with no warm up, but usually be like

when i'm done.
6'2" 208 right now and 70" wing span. in college i was more committed to lifting, but now i'm just trying to maintain and not tear anything up. knees and ankles already took a beating.
