2 sets of 30 pushups, 2 sets of 40 crunches, 2 sets of 15 pullups, then some dumb bell work, at least 3 times a week. twice a week i play full court ball for around 2 hours.

about once a month i'll do one set of 5+ reps of 225 just to check i can still do it. the weight lifting crew at my gym always be like :patrice: when i ask if i can get a set in with no warm up, but usually be like :ehh: when i'm done.

6'2" 208 right now and 70" wing span. in college i was more committed to lifting, but now i'm just trying to maintain and not tear anything up. knees and ankles already took a beating.

Im sub 220

And when I was hitting 20+ I was like 190

I also ran like a 4.8 40 (slow af I know)

But I was trying to play football in college and my moms boyfriend was in the NFL back in the day and was training me.

Went to the military after college didn't work out and gave up on football there.

I just repped 185lb x 20 the other week and that was at the end of my chest workout. It's possible

4.8 is pretty fast for "normal" super athletic people. Anyone that's a couple of steps quicker than that is playing college ball with pro aspirations. In H.S., the brehs going D-1 at my school were high 4.4's to high 4.6's....with the good lineman being around 5.1-ish. 4.7/4.8 brehs could beat like 95%+ of everyone in a foot race.

Yeah I was pretty quick

I actually just had bad technique, but I did run track for a short period of time too.

But that was before I was benching 225x20+. I should've just stayed at a low weight but I put on size to be hovering around 190. I began having leg trubles later on

Im short too... Like 5'7. I had a coach at my school that actually told me to walk on at the college he worked at because I would be on the team easy... But the whole money shyt and financial aid shyt fukked me over and I gave up, went into like a depression then joined the military..

Then when I played in the military my leg was so fukked up that it was even more depressing. I was still strong/fast but always in pain. It was just flag football though, and nothing but a bunch of skinny, fast nikkas running around that you couldn't pop

Probably around 10 on a good day. Blood flowing loosened up and in a good state of mind. Cold I could hit 5 to 7.

Haven't hit the bench like that in like 10 years but back in my young country nikka youth, I could hit it a little past 20 straight, but fukking around with it one day trying to show off with broad shoulders made me dislocate my right shoulder .

I haven't even tried to max or lift past 180 since then .
