Stress will do it you. I try not to stress, so I stay lifted. I also TRY (emphasis on try) to work out once a day. I find that it does help me relax. Crazy to me, but it works, so I'm not changing up. What vitamins are you taking?
Multi (Vitamin Code RAW Men), Acerola-C (500 mg) chewables (as of 2 weeks ago, prob 2x a day at most), Magnesium Chelated (not oxide, that shyt doesn't do nothin), Omega-3 every other day, Vitamin D 10,000 IU once every 3 days. Last I checked my D levels were at 65 ng/dol which is the upper range of good, so I had to back off of it. Will get tested again soon. Most recently Bee Propolis mixed with honey this year which has helped knock out 2 of my flus and reduce it down to a cold. Used to take ZMA like everyday last year but stopped because my copper got too low and I started to get fatigued because of that.
I only got sick once last year. And I have switched up the supps a little but mostly the same thing. So that's why I attribute it to the weather and the stress lately. Been doing a lot of phone interviews so I've been mentally fatigued. Job searching while you still employed is a bytch. But I'll take it over job searching while unemployed.
Oscocollium that homeopathic stuff actually works the best. But it's expensive as fukk $11.99 I take the whole carton at once and wake up feeling OK. But it's not available everywhere so I got to stock up.
Propolis got me feeling OK after I drank some in hot water. But I'm gonna have to sip that shyt all day. Still not 100% though. I'm glad I'm not sneezing or anything else but still have that "run down" feeling.
