Eating leaves will not satisfy

Beans, nuts, avacados, bananas, potatoes, olives are they type of veg that makes you feel like you done ate. I try not to fux wit soy cause of the hormone thing.

make sure you compensate for the main vegan vitamin deficiencies

I haven't been strict veg but mostly veg - cracking 90% - for months now. Even when I was doing strict vegan I never had any problems running and swimming multi days a week. I actually felt stronger, not weaker.

I never measured any vitamin levels so I don't know for sure.

b12. they feed it to the animals people eat, so you have to supplement it or drink a veg milk with it.

2nd make sure you eat enough calories. Eating a high volume of food, doesn't mean you ate enough calories

3rd, get enough sunlight, or supplement vitamin d3

Got b12 and D on deck.

It's too hard eating enough calories, especially since I lift. I get full way too quick.

when im trying to gain, i use:

olive oil
flaxseeds
chia seeds
sunflower seeds
peanut butter
88% dark chocolate
almond milk
in addition to whatever else i eat. it adds ~1500 calories. sometimes you have to force it when you're extra active :yeshrug:

How long you been plant based bro? I did it for a month, stopped, now back at it. I know once I get passed that 2 week mark it'll be a breeze but I can't manage a week.

for a year and a half, but i was vegetarian 6 years before that because i didnt want to give up pizza :mjlol:
