make sure you compensate for the main vegan vitamin deficiencies
what's hard about it? eat what you normally eat sans meat

b12. they feed it to the animals people eat, so you have to supplement it or drink a veg milk with it.
2nd make sure you eat enough calories. Eating a high volume of food, doesn't mean you ate enough calories
3rd, get enough sunlight, or supplement vitamin d3
when im trying to gain, i use:Got b12 and D on deck.
It's too hard eating enough calories, especially since I lift. I get full way too quick.

when im trying to gain, i use:
olive oil
flaxseeds
chia seeds
sunflower seeds
peanut butter
88% dark chocolate
almond milk
in addition to whatever else i eat. it adds ~1500 calories. sometimes you have to force it when you're extra active![]()
