Yeah sometimes at food lion (grocery store chain in the sub Atlantic US) they got better tasting things then actual name brands
damn, I always figured this to be the case...daps for the confirmation u lil cute ass nigggaOn certain products, the supermarket will contract with the name-brand manufacturers to produce the store brand shyt. So in other words, you can have the same exact product but just in different labeling and boxes, and then they sell both of them where the store brand is obviously cheaper. They know people are dumb enough to fall for the marketing and branding behind a product.

true but for stuff like cereals and pasta I'll stick to name brandsStore brands taste exactly the same and cheaper. There's no reason not to purchase it unless you're some bougie/uppity negro![]()
Like Blazo said it depends on if the store is willing to pay the money to have their brand taste like the name brand producttrue but for stuff like cereals and pasta I'll stick to name brands
I've never tried the store-brand candy at Aldi despite shopping their for years. I might grab some this week.
If they have a Knock-off version of Jolly Ranchers that taste the same as the name brand version.
