Its probably based on how cool you are with the person. Wayne at his peak was probably getting 30 to 40 k a verse. But he probaby doesnt charge say the Game or Rick Ross the same (or anything) as he would charge a Madonna or an Enrique Inglesias type. And he probably doesnt charge people like Drake Tyga and Nicki anything at all. Just proly a verse for a verse thing with him and Drake.
