I live in a pre war spacious 1br in Bedford. If your lease is ending this year, you can probably get a cheaper apt that's comparable to your current space, that's also in a more convenient location.

Only pay for electricity. Laundry in the basement, parking spot, landlord takes care of lawn and snow.

Made sense when I was single and pulling. Address helped seal the deal with the LA chicks more than a few times because it made them feel safe leaving their friends .

Doesn’t anymore now that I’m booed up. Looking at moving to TX and pay no more than $2K. Currently splitting rent with the GF 2 to 1 but she just got a promo so adjustments will be made .
