In the dmv (pg county). My mortgage started at 1350 :blessed: Bc the property value has gone up so much (taxes) it’s at 1800 now:sadcam: It was 2000 last year:damn:

Gift and a curse of property value increasing but at this rate ima cash out

Also for anyone renting: Please, please use NACA fellas. I bought my rage down to about 1%

Yeah but it has it's perks. I never have to do any yard work or take care of anything physical on the home. The negatives are I've had the same appliances, carpet and the like for 12 years since I moved into this place. I'm reaching the point that I want to leave but I don't really feel like spending every other weekend cutting the grass or having to shovel the snow. Might just do a condo and pay that association fee.
Is your laziness really worth hundreds of thousands when you can pay some neighborhood kid or a Mexican to do the labor for you? You could’ve requested they turn over new carpet and paint for your place since (at least in Texas) those items are required to be brand new for incoming tenants.

I work my 50ish hours a week like everyone else. Not lazy. I just don't want to dedicate my downtime to things I don't value or care about like a lawn. That's why a condo appeals to me.

Requesting new carpet means I have to get a storage locker and move all my stuff out. If I'm going to do that I might as well just leave.

My lease ends in July. I'm moving back south.
