For me, aldi and dollar general is all I need. I gave up on publix, wal-mart and kroger a while back. Publix is ridiculously expensive (raw walnuts 10 bucks!!!) and kroger is ok.

Aldi and Dollar General are pretty cheap. I go to Trader Joes now for their fruits and vegetables. Surprising how cheap and fresh they are.

I am curious...what do you guys buy that individually runs your bill past $200 a month? That seems so high to me...then again it might be location.

When I wuz by myself I would spend about 40 to 50 dollars for 2 weeks worth of food....so about 80 to 100 a month...50 if you could get ahold of sum stamps....I'm probaly up to about 200 with my baby mama and daughter now,I don't really do the shopping too much no more tho.

Obviously the recession is over on the internet I see. nikkas eating meats and pastries every day, everyday, but the govt hollering about a financial crisis.....
