Everything else just stretch a little.

I was a “manager” for a month turns into a regular duty

The Certs and Degree lies are baffling to me. You will get caught and it will be embarassing.

I won't put anything on my resume that I can't speak to. I won't lie but I'll dress up the most mundane, pointless responsibilities as key experience in my previous employment. I also try to hit as many key words in my resume as possible.

I don’t lie about companies… I might falsify bullet points tho. Google a job similar to what I’m interviewing for or implement the info about the job I want in a past position
