Yeah so that was the end of my apartment hunting tonight. How much for a nice spot where your from?

Bruh San Francisco is super expensive.

In LI, NY a nice 1 br is like 1500, a 2 br is at least 2k

By the grace of God found a spot for less but that was cuz I knew about it while it was still being renovated. Basically before they even thought of the listing

My old 1br apartment in Oakland near Lake Merritt is going for $2500, and it was only ok. Nice places go for $3k+. I got it for $1200. Bay Area is fukking absurd, breh.
