$1800-2000 for basically the nicest parts of town or the newest buildings with pool on the roof and a gym inside (you can get cheaper but i'm talking like shyt that will impress ppl)
There are more expensive jawns in an area called Rittenhouse but that's like where athletes live and stuff ($2000-$4000k range for where Embiid live)
A coworker of mine lived in this new building that was mad modern with a nice pool and club on the roof and all the amenities and he was splitting $1800 with a roommate
Friend of mine lived in a spot that was $1500 and he legit use to pull girls off the fact he lived a couple blocks from the club. (Walnut St)
You get a lot for your money in Philly

do you even use any of these? Every time I go to apartments with these amenities all of these “amenities” are always empty.
