I spend about 2 hours now i dont know how the hell i use to do 45 mins 
Think it was because i would come in 10 mins hilt 30 mins lift maybe 5 or more of hiit to end it.
I saw results so never changed it .
I was at planet fitness and their gym sucks so i got in and out.
Now at my new gym i take advantage of all the free weight machines t bar row , seated calf raises , so many iso machines

I do Jay Cutlers routine and it's time consuming
I wish I could get 2 hours a day, wife + kid + long hours @ work= 1hr at most, a few times a week.
