How Much Time in Dating Before You Decide It's a Relationship?

The title is self-explanatory but I want to know from the brehs. Honestly, I've never dated until recently. Tomorrow, the woman I am feeling with everything in me, will make a month since we met, had sex in week 4 and talked continuously minus the flu she's getting over.

I want to lock her down because Im tired of entertaining other women to keep from appearing obsessed. It's daunting because she's on my mind all the time.

A month is short on paper but patience never been my strong point.

It's usually been we fukk and if Im interested after fukking then we go together but this is driving me crazy internally. She's applying that we not rush. She's a couple years older and has a son. Not a baby. I have a son myself who is actually older than hers.

So, in conclusion i want to learn how much time in dating passes before making it official.

Well first it would depend on her reason for waiting. Maybe she just doesn't want anything serious right now and if he does that means they aren't on the same page and that's a disaster for any relationship. And it's nothing wrong with that, and it's nothing wrong with trying to see where someone's head is like for real. People are hesitant about being straight up with people. Scared they will run the other person off, scared they will get the answer they don't want. But for your own time and sanity it's best not to play games and find out who is trying to play. Anybody who acts offended, incredulous, like you are crazy or anything about you just trying to get an understanding is usually on some BS. Even when someone isn't ready or scared they can come back to the convo and let you know where they are if they need sometime.

Y'all are adults, just make sure you are honest, you listen and are understanding while being clear about what you want. There is a way to do that without being aggressive. It's just a talk.
