when i was 14 I worked for a event equipment rental company during the summer

they took no taxes out my check

my 1st one was for damm near $300



the dudes i worked with were in their 30's and they asked me how much i made
i let them see my check and they were mad as fukk

The first paycheck I got was similar to what someone posted like a school summer thing back when I was 15 and it was around $800.

My first official paycheck from an actual job was only $200 after taxes but that was because I started work on an odd week and only got paid for one week instead of two, plus at the time I was only working 4 hours. I got bumped to 6 hours recently so I'm good now.
