What I do is take a gallon jug to work and keep it in the fridge and use it to refill the 16 oz bottle I carry around with me. I drink more water that way as opposed to drinking from the jug.

Can i put like a tea bag in it? I need some essence in my water because regular water is gross to me.

I definitely don't drink enough. The fact that water 'has no taste' kind of turns me off, it doesn't really refresh me.

But I recently have stopped drinking soda, and tried to drink more water. I'm on about two bottles a day (refillable filtered bottle) for the past week.

lol at nikkas drinking 2 gallons of water a day. always need to take everything to extremes.
