@ 60-200 reps.....that's a hell of a range
I can do 60-200 reps at 130-170 lbs. Is that high, average or low?
How in the world do you do 60-200 reps?
That just seems like overkill.



OP make sure you go really really super heavy and lock your knees out at the top each rep or it doesn't count.
