in the video that prompted this thread there was only two dudes out of like 20 that were persistent with it/following her. Most played off the rejection or kept it moving.
its crazy fam, and this is coming from an introverted person. it be girls who talk a gang of shyt on facebook, twitter etc. Then when a real nikka steps up to them to bag they stutter and cant hold a conversation.

I think there's a huge difference between greeting a woman and between continually begging her for change or attempting to sell her something. Let's flip the script. If a woman says hello to me in passing, I should be able to put her in jail or get her fined right?

because then men wouldn't "approach" them at all and THEY would have to approach men!

There arent the same connotations or intentions from a woman saying hello to a man.

So no, there's not a huge difference. And in any case just cause something is illegal doesn't mean it comes with some punitive punishment. They generally just tell pan handlers and solicitors to stop and leave.
