I believe many rape accusations are false, and here’s why.

When someone is accused of rape, people automatically believe the woman. If not believe, they empathize strongly enough with her that she went through something traumatic and should be handled delicately. Does the man get close to any respect? As soon as the label of rapist is put upon you, your life is over.

What we’re doing here is essentially putting the life of a man in a woman’s hands. I want y’all to understand this well. YOUR LIFE IS IN THE HANDS OF A WOMAN YOU SLEEP WITH IF SHE SO DECIDES THAT IT DIDNT GO AS SHE LIKED.
A woman can have sex with you and claim “she wasn’t ready”, then what?

Now we have to understand that human beings are selfish and emotional creatures. If someone is given a position of power, they will abuse it (just like men have over women). So we essentially allow ANY kind of woman to make an accusation. We don’t know if she’s mentally unstable, if she was a prolific adulterer and got used to a point she felt disrespected, if she had a vendetta against someone who made her feel a type of way and then dipped after sex, etc. There are many reasons why a woman would lie about it.

At the end of the day however, this is an actual thing that women are going through. I can also see many instances where a man would be too forceful and the woman bee to afraid to say no. So there are many reasons a claim is valid as well.

So my point is this, society has over corrected itself with this issue. Much like abortion or having custody of a child, we have given one gender more power than another and that is clear. We need to realign to a position of true equality, which means if a woman says she is raped, let’s not get emotional, let’s not make a big scene. Let’s let the proper authorities handle it so that someone’s reputation isn’t ruined in the process. After all, your reputation and name are what people will acknowledge you by.

College opened my eyes.

Alotta people got blackoit drunk and did not consent to the sex they were having...

Alotta girls were getting choo-choo'd in the dorm :francis:

Post college i have no idea. Im not around ppl where this is a common thing
back in college I was coming back from the bars and this white girl was pretty sauced sitting alone on the bridge. She flagged me over and told me her friends left her and could I help her get back to her dorm.:merchant:

I'm not naive but my humanity won out and I agreed to help her. I was asking her where she lived while we were walking and it was slow going. a couple minutes later a different group of people she knew called out and let me know they were friends. after confirming with her I walked away, luckily none of them even gave me a vibe they thought I was taking advantage of her.:whew:

that whole night only thing going through my mind was how far left that situation could have gone for me. and the fact that if anyone with bad intentions had stopped or took notice of her it would have been easy to lead her away and do anything like rape or kill her.

Ah damn, to answer the question:

I can say with honesty, I've heard over ten different stories.

Out of the ten, I would say maybe four sounded true. Usually she showed me pictures of their old friends and point them out.

Then she would give real detailed explanations with location, rough time estimates, how, who, etc.

I remember the one, she wanted to go to court, but got cold feet last minute. I didn't blame her, it can't be an easy thing to see that person in court.

But it was like, an off the cuff "I was raped", I would keep doubt in the back of my mind.

One chick swore her bf raped her. Like the dude she was currently with, had raped her at one point.

I'm just looking at her confused. But she give 100 different reasons why she stayed so I dunno.

If that went left you might have been expelled for basically trying to be a gentleman.

No they don't. If a chick is raped and goes to her chain of command or the MP's dude is getting punished. I never understood the rape in the warzone shyt because the girls had guns too.
From what I've read, there have been times where either the rape claim was ignored, handled privately to avoid negative media press or the victim never reported out of fear to seek justice while avoiding tension between the rest of the soldiers.

Sexual assault is common in the military, it's been studied for a long time on how the effects of rape/sexual assault cause PTSD within women soldiers. I know the tlr in regards to this conversation doesn't care about facts, just circle jerking about women being liars (which of course is true among some).

That's all I have to say in regards to this thread.

Peace & blessings.

Where It’s Not Safe
I hope y’all remember this thread when your daughters or wives claim rape.
Or u can chime in with ur own experiences like what I originally asked instead of making passive aggressive comments.

We not gon act like we havent seen white women claim false rape on black men?.....

I think it's under reported far more than its lied about. But, of the reported cases far more are lied about than people want to admit.

That’s pretty much what I feel and have seen. The real rapes are underreported and a lot of the reported ones are false. So it makes it harder for real rape victims to be taken seriously.

Will your future wife or daughter remember your twitter feeds where you refer to other black people as nigg-rs with the hard-er?? Or will you call them the same insult when they make you mad and you need to vent your frustrations??
:jbhmm:
How did that Kamala agent plan work out for you??:coffee: What is her prosecutorial record in LA for prosecuting white men who engage in deviant pedo underworld shyt or exploit their power and positions to rape? But since you were such a proponent and seem to be concerned about women- why didn't you say shyt about her imprisonment of mothers who were experiencing attendance or tardiness issues with their kids? Why didn't she prosecute Wells Fargo CEOs for financially "raping" consumers?? I mean, since you seem to care about victims so much?

I have seen it with certain family members. From what I have gathered from them ALL OF THEM LIED. Not that there are not tragic cases of these things happening but there really should be a severe penalty for lying about serious matters like that
