Just now about to go back for the first time in three years.

Insurance will have me going every 6 months.

Even without insurance, I don't think a regular cleaning is too expensive. Of course it's better to go consistently than not at all. When I went back some years ago after not going for some time, I had to get deep cleanings and all kinds of cavity filings it seemed. Now I go for a cleaning and it be over in like 30 minutes or less. I see buddy getting ready to insert the piece with the fluoride and I be like, that's it? Runs smoothly as your dental game gets better. I still gotta replace a tooth tho. Been slacking on that. Should take some off these crypto gains and get that done this year. The bone still strong, just need the procedure done. Speaking of dental health, over the holidays I got myself this Colgate Hum toothbrush. shyt is nice. Got an app you download and it guides you thru your brushing. Be telling you do top left for some time until it hits 100% and then bottom, right side, front, inner part, etc. Gives you points for brushing and you can redeem those for new brush heads. Even if not that one, plenty of good electrical brushes on the market. That one less than fifty bucks but there are others more expensive. Still better to invest in a good electrical toothbrush than deal with the manual ones or the cheap electrical ones. Help your oral health out.

How much would a walk-in exam/cleaning without insurance cost me? :jbhmm:
I be seeing dental cleanings on Groupon for between $50-100

Also, check out your local college/university. Usually they’ll have cleanings done by dental students for the low, supervised of course

It’s nikkas in here sayin they ain’t been to the dentist in years, nasty mouth ass :scust:I go 2x a year
