when i was younger it was all i drank it seems like

now i might drink a can of dr. pepper once or twice a month...usually when i wake up with a hangover to settle my stomach

the thought of drinking that shyt on the regular grosses me out these days

Worked in fast food when I was younger, had unlimited drink on deck. Got burnt out. I drink water like all day every day. But I have been drinking juice alot more since the job got one of those drink 100 joints. But even that's 1 cup a day tops

I drank it all the time growing up until recently not as much. Its crazy how when i talk to my Dad now he mentions water being vital and healthy food but I grew up eating and drinking what my parents gave me smfh. Most soda's are a few levels above battery acid. You can literally clean off corroded battery terminals and more with that ish and we drink it like its good for us in some cases.

There are far better alternatives to soda...Pedialyte, Gatorade, Apple Cider, Sparkling non-alcoholic Grape juice,,,

Even cold water mixed with honey, lemon juice, molasses, cinnamon, flax oil/olive oil and other spices is cheap and better than soda...
