Its basic stuff my man. You can only do so much. Just make sure you get rid of your insecurities as much as you can. Some stuff obviously you can't change but things like how your body looks overall, your financial situation, dressing change it. Once you get to that level of comfort with yourself you just have to live with the consequences positive and negative. Fam I don't think most people want help they want magical pills and that shyt don't really exist. If you do the simple things that I mentioned which aren't groundbreaking at all you'll be ok in most cases.
