im turning 30 tom i still live at home although I own two properties (one in a different country and one in a different province).

I Make high 5 figures, No kids no wife and I travel like 4-5 times a year, F i care what some ratchet renting a basement apartment or working retail thinks about me, or some nikka living paycheck to paycheck renting apartment . My whole street is filled with italian families who still live with their parents

I'm moving out of this country in two years anyways

Depends on the situation. But many foreign folks believe that children should stay with their parents until they are married. That is one of the reasons that are able to stack bread.

Exactly. Soon as I get out of debt (spring 2016 at this rate ) I'm getting my Tefl and trying to go abroad.

Do a CELTA instead of a TEFL; a CELTA has a real university backing it. Also, make sure you do a program where you get practical training in a foreign country. Cost a bit more but it looks a lot better than some joint you got online, plus you don't want thr first time you taught to be when you walk in to a room with 35 screaming Korean 10 year Olds.

I gotta warn you though, if you don't have a degree and/or prior experience, your country options are going to be a bit limited, unless you don't mind being a little greasy and working illegally - putting up flyers for private lessons, working at some less prestigious schools with no work visa, etc.. In that case, world's the oyster.

I'll cosign this^^I graudated HS 3 years ago and guys who most of the guys who joined the military have their own apartment now, and they're more mature the some of the guys who live in the dorms or are still at home. (Maybe the military as a whole had a factor here)

Then there are some guys who work $8-$10/hr jobs and have an apartment with roommates. Some of them matured but a handful still living paycheck to paycheck, dont know how to budget, etc...Type of dudes who'll buy some J's in the Spring then cop pleas and try to sell them in the Fall when $$ gets tight. Like dude

With that being said id say it's a personal growth thing...everyone learns about those things at different times but shii if your parents can let you stay rent free while you stack then why not do it
