How people make friends?

I've met a few friends through meetup. Messed with some broads from it as well.
I have to ability to friends but just end up not liking most dudes. Plus I fell like most guys try to put pressure on me to mess with fat chicks, old chicks, or sell dreams to get P.
I mean it's cool to go out and chase women, but the whole pressure thing and being up in my sex life is not the business.

If you don't smoke, Drink. Or atleast appear to be if you want to perpetrate or you got problems with it (Actually, don't if you got problems with it).
I've met and made Solid friendships with all races and creeds through drinking Alcohol. I never get drunk and rarely ever drink to the point where I can't function so there's that.
As a smoker closing in on a year the only people I've met through smoking are usually people that want to piggy back on my loud and chicks who want to smoke for free and end up getting so high all they do is turn me into a fukking Therapist.
Ain't mad it, though. Just leaves me with a better insight into their personal lives before I start tugging at their skirts.
Anyways, drink or join a social club with your interests in mind or some shyt.

For some reason people dont like me. I feel like I'm not allowed to be eccentric because I'm not rich or famous or good looking. And because I don't want to do drugs. There was a guy I was cool with when I worked at my old job when I quit. I asked him for his number and his response was "we cool and all, butyou don't even smoke"

You have to be friendly to make friends. You aren't going to make fiends being an eccentric weirdo. Smile and care about people - actually care if they live or die. . Just be nice and not an a$$hole, talk to people. You'll find some who you sync with and it will be natural. Friendships will follow.
