I saw this vid when it dropped and it rings true. I knew when I came into the thread it would be the usual shyt posting back and forth but if y'all really watched the video and stayed on topic there could have been a real understanding.
There ain't no games to play and prices just keep skyrocketing!
I'll say it time and again. The 360 era is when gaming peaked because no matter what console you played on, THERE WERE GAMES AROUND EVERY CORNER! Hell you could have a 360 and a Wii, PS3 and a DS or if you were ballin, a 360 and PS3. And you had fukking games!
Arkham, Splinter Cell, Sleeping Dogs, Saints Row, Max Payne, Metal Gear, inFAMOUS, Prototype, Uncharted and Left 4 Dead. Where are these series now? All of them are basically dead.
Hell even R* was booming back then. Now they haven't made anything since Red Dead 2 back on PS4. And that was what, 2017 2018. That's 7 or 8 years ago.
If y'all could take off your stan caps and stop being tribalistic you'd see what Keef was saying. How can the bigger and more viable system still not satisfy the needs of the consumer more than they are right now. All prices are going up and yet nothing of value is being produced to compensate the consumer on their end.

i think one of the reasons am hard on this gen is i love both spiderman 1 and ff7 remake
both were a mess on ps5 spider-man 2 had too little content and ff7 rebirth has to much - all the mini games and side stories are not interconnected and dont have the pacing the original had
they need to make spider-man 2 have multiplayer mode and the story need more time i rather all the venom stuff had been an expansion and the game just focus on kraven and the black suit.

I can’t make you like shyt, but i loved helldivers (150 hours in it), loved astro bot, loved rebirth, loved stellar blade, ronin was mid but people enjoyed it
if you’re unsatisfied then there’s other options. There‘s no way any of those games you listed can even begin to be described as ‘bad‘ games, they’re some of the best games released in the years they released
