How racist is the New England area (MA, NH, Maine, Vermount) compared to other parts of the country?

It’s less racist than other areas of the country that are 95% white for what’s that worth
My parents went to one them small fishing villages couple yrs ago (I think in Maine or NH) and a cac in the supermarket asked them “what brings y’all here” :mjpls:
They said it wasn’t racist like dude was legit curious what brought them there since they rarely get black visitors apparently

NYC and FBA Riverboat Retaliation
You will be fine, the racism up there is mostly confined to sporting events, and dive bars, just don’t go to any of those and you should be fine! What part of NH are you staying, it’s been a couple decades since I lived there. I can tell you pretty much how nice any town or city in NH is.
White people like this^^^- always trying to downplay their racism.
How Segregation Persists In 'Progressive' New England

“NSC 131 was founded in eastern Massachusetts and its members are tied to violent neo-Nazi groups like The Base, Aryan Strike and Patriot Front. The group has off-shoot chapters in Europe and some southern states. NSC 131 graffiti has been spotted all throughout southern New Hampshire, and the group held a recent protest in front of Nashua’s city hall.”

“Despite New England's progressive reputation, residential segregation still exists in communities throughout the region.

In this second episode of a special radio series on "Racism In New England," we look at how housing laws and discrimination influence where we live — from the predominantly white states of northern New England to cities and suburbs in Massachusetts and Connecticut.”

What this poster won’t tell you as fact, is there is a hate campaign going on in his area called: “Keep New England White”- apparently in his paragraph of misinformation; that’s left out of his analysis to go along with his -“as long as you play for their sports teams, and don’t go in sports bars- you should be fine”

Massachusetts is racist as fukk.

They are more sneaky than the south with their tactics and mostly like to fukk with your money and time rather than outright threaten you, Sans Boston.

CT has to many Jamaicans and Puerto Ricans for cacs to really try something. They mostly act snobby and scary and stay isolated.

Upstate NY. Rhode Island. Western and Northern Mass. Eastern CT are :mjpls:

Went to Niagra Falls back in August and it's a must do with your significant other.

The pakis and red dots are a problem up there.

How you gonna ROFL with a hollow back?
I wanted to stay over at Concord NH.
I mean, it is pretty much the gateway to the white mountains, but Concord is boring and not cultured at all, in any way. Portsmouth, I was just there on vacation this week last year, the weather was like summer and I had probably the best vacation I have had in decades! Fresh seafood, beautiful scenery, central location to Maine and Mass, as well as Hampton and Salisbury beaches, everything fell into place perfectly. I live in Albany now, so I’m pretty close to VT, and Massachusetts (less than an hour from both states), even so, I don’t really get up there as much as I could.

I’ve always wanted to visit the area during the autumn season so I booked a 6 day trip up there for next week and I will be visiting Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine during my trip there. I was wondering if anyone ever been to one of those areas and how much racism should I expect to encounter there? I’m aware that New England is very white and I should expect it at some point but I just wanted to know how severe it is compared to like the South, West and Midwest.
Those places are majority white so there’s always a chance for racism/prejudice. I guess not as crazy as the south but this last election shows there are trumptards everywhere
