Chinese damn near bought all of Almeda. Theres an area in oregon a white nationalist group bought. One guy tried the same thing in north Dakota.
You don't need approval from the US. Just gentrify a city or state. take senate and congress (you'll have the votes) and do what others do and only hire your own (police, judges etc). Poof you have a town/city/state of your own.

One thing I learn while living in Hawaii is that these Asians keep their money in their own economy. Filipinos will always go to filipinos restaurants, grocery stores etc. Koreans will always go Korean companies etc. These Asian rarely give their money to outside business unless they're no other Asian alternatives.
Basically we need to start a new Black wall Street.
But we don't need a centralized location. We can network across the internet.

But, to humor the OP; no, this is not a solution. Outside of reparations happening, we don't have the infrastructure or resources to even sustain even a quarter of us. And all of ya'll wanna continue with the capitalist fukkery when deal with in America already (for example Libertarianism where business takes place of politics and thecoli is anti public programs aka "handouts") .

Probably concentrated in the middle of the country, so we would have to rely on them for trading, and could possibly be trapped w/in a "bubble" if they decide to deny us their airspace.

We gotta start small and build up it won't happen over night. Our situation took 500 some years to get to this point, so that should put some perspective on how long it'll realistically take

I don’t know if anyone saw the Sag Harbor documentary, but it is the black section of the Hamptons in NY. It was the first place in the country where black people could own beachfront property. Some of the older black people were disappointed in the children of previous home owners, because they sold the family property, and white people started moving in, and they knew once whites started moving the taxes and home prices would rise, making the area too expensive for upper middle class blacks people to move there.
There has never been a strong emphasis on building or maintaining anything in our communities. B. Smith’s husband said the kids are running to be accepted by others, not realizing we can have everything ourselves if we work together. Even the black boule isn’t accepting of outsiders. You have old black money that is not working to help more blacks people get into better positions.
There is no sense of unity among blacks. Folks will take time to go march with signs, begging whites to treat us better, as if that changes anything. You have black politicians that get elected, then get swept into greed, and do nothing to improve the cities. You have black parents spending money on gym memberships, and going to day parties, but don’t have passports, or life insurance for their kids. Women taking time to get long pointy ass nails, but not making sure their kids are doing their homework.
