One thing I do notice is it has a snap to it when you bite into it. More crisp than other sausage brands. It already has some of the best flavor, so I don't know what flavor the casing adds. Probably just wanted it to snap like it does..

Me too very picky. Must be a Northeast- MidAtlantic thing bc everyone I know has select foods they tend to eat or go-to and leave it at that.

That's me. I'll try different iterations of the same shyt. But half the food on that list I've never heard of, and most of it doesn't sound appetizing.

I used to like chitlins, but I'm 30 and it's been well over 15 years since I had em. So i was in my early teens last i had some, but i did like em, my fam in Arkansas used to make it for us when we spun down that way. And honestly I probably only had em 3 or 4 times total...

I've never had half the list, and never heard of some of the other shyt lol...

My parents were the same. They each always worked multiple jobs. Mostly we ate real "cooking-cooking" on the weekends or at my grandma/great grandma house. Looking at the things you mentioned (Jamaican, Puerto Rican, Italian) it would be dope if someone did one of these lists for the East Coast and the West Coast.



I dont know if that was on purpose. But it made think of spades.

Get chicken livers and gizzards at the gas station.

My pops would do that with Souse, some hot sauce and crackers . Salmon patties and neckbones should have been on that list too
