SW San Diego is next to paradise. Sin Rival tequila, limeades, jalapeno y queso tamales.... I will ride and die for it. 2 hours to LA, 20 minutes to TJ...Convention Center that hosts Comic con Intl each year, gaslight district, cheap haircuts in National City....man if you are not from or never lived there you are not shyt. I only have few relatives in the Bay in North Oakland and Richmond, I'm partial to SoCal. Oakland Black Panthers are the reason why kids get free/reduced lunch! OJ, Troy Aikman, Reggie Bush, Warren Moon, too many damn football champions/superbowl winners conceived in these borders. Like the North Carolina is to ball players. We are more laid back than the East coast and more attractive with better teeth. I lived in DC - the Hollywood for ugly ass people (MBAs and government contractors) so I know the difference. Nothing better than blue whale watching or bass fishing, some of the biggest in the nation!

It depends where you live. Its crazy expensive but the bay area has the worlds greatest weather. Im just not willing to spend 3k per month to live in an apartment. Me and the wife are heading to San Antonio on monday to check out houses. God willing we will be Texas bound. Ive been waiting to leave California for YEARS.

Read about that lady in San Francisco here 3 weeks ago when the landlord raised her rent from around 2700k per month to near 9k. Unbelievable. Oakland has been totally revamped and is being developed for young white and asian professionals. 3k and up.

Depends on what you like. I prefer LA weather to any city in California. On a California scale San Francisco weather is ass cheeks. Always in the sixties and real windy at times. San Jose has real nice weather though too

I love SF weather man. We just got back from Diego and Santa Barbara. California is gorgeous. I want to take the wife and babe on a mini road trip around the Sonoma area back into the Bay. As lovely as California is, it still shocks me when I know niccas who personally have never left Alameda county
