whips are a money trap so tis quite thee lose/lose proposition..
then again how much time does huemanoids waste commuting&how much added stress is gained when dealing with traffic/shytty drivers/bikers/etc..
at least on thee bus you can just lay back&levitate(unless you a scurred sheep)..
lets see driving i leave work 4 and reach home 430
taking the bus i leave work 4 and reach home 6:30
driving i wake up 7am
taking the bus i wake up 530
im only sacrificing a month amongst the peasants to get a speeding ticket off my drivers abstract
cant take this life
The only bus I've been on is a school bus. I've never been on a train/subway either.

Next you will admit that you have never flown or left the continental USA. -_-The only bus I've been on is a school bus. I've never been on a train/subway either.
A bunch of folk post here but never leave their home countries...because there's no transatlantic bus route. Can't believe it took that long for somebody to point that out. I'm reading through this thread like "do these mothafukkas not know gas is short for gasoline?"
I have to ride the bus for the next two weeks until I get my vehicle registration and some other shyt handled.
Straight up, and my job has a 10% discount on parkingIf u work downtown, driving isn't really an option unless ur willing to pay around $200 a month for parking.
you not gonna risk it and just whip your own car and hope nobody hits you?
Nah, I'm worried about cops. Just paid a $180 fine for that yesterday, not trying to give them any more of my money.
I can't lie. I've always said I'd love to live and work near a Metrolink station. Especially if I was working downtown. I'd be getting to work faster than if I drove and don't have to worry about parking and getting out of downtown during rush hour (especially with that Archgrounds construction right now). I love riding the Metrolink when I can.I have to ride the bus for the next two weeks until I get my vehicle registration and some other shyt handled.
Besides the time inconvenience, I don't really mind. I spend less time on the bus, and more on the Metrolink (what we call our trains in STL) anyway. And when it gets warmer I might utilize this more and ride my bike. Drive to the train station, catch the train, maybe bike the few blocks between the train station and my gig.
Gas is like $3.49. With my job I can get a weekly bus pass for $20.![]()
