It's not about what you wear, it's about how well it fits and how the colours stand out.

Contrast and a good fit is all you need. The rest should be obvious: don't show up to work in track pants and a hoodie and hi-tops; don't show up to gym in a collared shirt and trousers and leather shoes. Dress appropriately for the setting you're going to be in, wear clothes that fit and pick contrasting colours and you'll always look good.

Everything else is cac shyt, that whole article is worthless and overcomplicates a really simple thing.
