One thing to know is to never go back

your body needs to learn that you want more

so if you go back just to get the reps in then it gets comfortable

so if you get 3 on 100lbs, don't go down to 90/95 to get those 5 reps, stay put even if it means less reps

You'll probably go down if this happens workout after workout
