Respect the progress of a baby step. Set a minimum time investment (mine is at least an hour) each day toward building your self value and achieving your dreams. Use that hour to put some work in learning your language, studying shyt for your career, reading over your notes/textbook etc. I got to the point where I can't sleep at night without being sure I took at least one step forward today.

Nobody remembers the things you do for yourself. They'll only pay attention once you passed or are about to pass the finish line. But the little steps in between is what makes the journey
