I have no idea. I just know he's talking about Balotelli and Ghanian team. He was born in Ghana so he can play for the national team. In fact he should be.
Michael Essien (one of the best defenders in the world) plays in italy but plays for Ghana. Granted he was born and raised there, but still.

and yes you should look out for Michael Essien. He plays for Milan (same club as Mario) one of the best clubs in the world, and was switched to midfielder.

Southern Italy is literally like a third world country. As someone who's traveled around Italy, I can attest that playing in southern Italy (Roma, Napoli etc.) would be the equivalent of playing in the southern US - but worse. They are the equivalent of our ignorant hicks/rednecks.
