Which is a shame because the Dems have been pulling out all the stops to level the playing field. I know it isn't everything we dream about on here but it is truly historic and transformative for millions of lower income/middle class people and families and isn't appreciated.

I think that's certainly part of the problem. I don't watch American news but you can see the bias in reputable news articles and obviously the editorials and the concepts/alternatives/possibilities aren't very clear to laymen
