The 2011 mavs were by far and away the best. Beat Kobe pau (swept them) Durant harden Westbrook, Brandon Roy Lillard Alderidge, Lebron wade bosh :wow:

I remember I was at my sister's house and we were watching game 4 and they were getting blown out I was like

how do you rank these? on paper or how epic the playoffs were?

mavs BY FAR had the most epic run. They swept defending champs, beat the okc big 3 and beat miami big 3. Did not need a game 7 either :damn:

whoever picked the mavs to win it all made a lotta money, they couldnt play butler their 3rd best scorer

:ehh: At that point we should've all realized the type of run they were on that postseason. I lost count of how many double figure deficits they overcame.

I always wonder about that '08 Celtics team, because that literally was KG, Paul Pierce and Ray Allen at their peak primes + a decent supporting cast. In the playoffs they were a bit jekyll and hyde but it would've been interesting seeing that team (pre-knee surgery KG) go up against the other star-studded teams

They were arguably even better the next year and yet the '09 Lakers got them twice in the reg season (before KG went down). Relatively prime/healthy verisons of Kobe Gasol Bynum Odom + Ariza. Outside of Bean, they don't have the number of big name hall of fame players as the others but that Laker squad was tough.

14 Spurs and 08 Cs are the most balanced squads of bunch. They can play any style and kill you. I'd lean towards the C's because their best guys were closer to their primes.

Heat have the best player.

Then the Lakers.

Then Cavs, Warriors, Mavs.
