How would you rank these career fields?

I'm a compounding tech. Which is basically a pharmacy Technician that compounds drugs

It's decent. Its a great stepping stone for a career in healthcare, but not a job that you should do as a long term career.

Retail can suck though.
Esp. Dealing with angry patients, insurance, and the low pay.

Unless you're able to get into an independent pharmacy, where the pay is better and there's generally less stress, but most of those want retail experience first.

A pharmacist in my fam told me to stay away from being a pharmacy tech.

He fell off the map 3 months ago. But after this thread was made he pivoted to chasing military careers for 4ish years


Hopefully he finally made it to boot camp.

Yeah the military could be the step in the right direction, it helped put some of my family members.
