This is unreal. I've lived in the DC area for 26 years. These past couple of weeks is the coldest it has ever been.
‘Bomb cyclone’ blasting East Coast before polar vortex uncorks tremendous cold late this week
Wouldn't be surprised if someone files a lawsuit against the school. No heat was now is unacceptable.
