And anyway, this article just sounds like a problem occurred with the heating system, which can and does happen. It's not like it's saying that Howard is incompetent and broke like the OP is likely trying to imply . Coming in here making threads like a Breibart supporter.

To people who are wondering what’s going on, Howard University has an issue with its housing dorms.

Too many people and not enough housing, hence some students maybe homeless next semester.
