He’s older than both Wilt and Russell tooDude was older than most of us are now when he watched Wilt & Bill duke it out.
Imagine how much NBA knowledge we feel we would have if we followed the NBA for another 50 years and could tell youngins then how much we've seen the game evolve.
Then realize that instead of where we are at now (posting on the Coli about the games with our takes), Hubie 50 years ago was coaching Kareem and Oscar to the NBA Finals as an assistant coach for the Bucks And he's still following all the teams and players now on a day to day basis at a professional level.
What a f*cking legend.
If Bron breaks Kareem's record against the Bucks, I hope Hubie's there. Incredible career.
Bruh who said Hubie should have been promoted and celebrated like Madden was right. He's probably one of if not the last person left who can tell you who was better between cats like Wilt and Shaq or Jordan and Kobe or Bron and Jordan. Cause he's seen every one of them play along with pretty much every other legend to ever play the game and he should be the first one people look to when it comes to basketball strategy and history.
