Not true, if 1 party says he refuses to work with the other party then the network must make a decision based on who's more valuable. If Larry Fitzgerald and Carson Palmer have a bar fight and 1 of them says they can't work with the other then the Cardinals would cut Palmer or trade him.

The thing Hugh is extremely expendable. Why would they put him around the cacs if he couldn't even behave around the nikkas. You think Mark Schlereth wants to deal with his drunk ass? There's literally 100's of ex NFL guys that can replace him that would never get drunk and attempt to assault co-workers. If Rob Parker was let go for less than this then I can see Hugh being given his pink slip.

He made comments about how you can forgive someone when somebody says something disrespectful or hurtful like that but that you can't forget it. How he couldn't work with somebody if they said some hurtful stuff like that. How you can't trust the person anymore. How it's easy to look at Cooper's situation and say you should get past the situation and how he's honorable to look past it but it's completely different when it's you in that situation.

Also gets pissed when the guy Drew says it shouldn't matter that it happened and they should just work with him regardless. Michael Smith starts to go off about how it's not easy to work with someone who doesn't respect you and thinks low of you and how it's crazy to expect someone to do that.
