Hugo Boss or Brooks Brothers suits?

Hugo Boss. Have 3. They look so clean.

Can't say I've tried on a Brooks Brother suit yet but when it's time to go buy a new one I'll give it a shot.

I have a Boss suit I got from the Boss outlet It was a blow sale and I got at really good price.


My Boss suit is similar to this one:

As the year wanes I may add several more suits to my arsenal. Im also consider Armani and Canali too.

I like brooks brothers; I havea grey pin stripe suit from them during their fathers day sale, you have to get them early because they go quick. You can get a 2000 suit for 600 or 500 dollars; I have a lot of ties from them.

The treated me better than when I went to mens warehouse

^^^so mentioning boss of rack I assume u working with about $700 a suit?

My advice is find a good local custom suit provider by u and see what they got.

For an extra couple hundred ull have a fully tailored custom suit. And take it from me there is NO COMPARISON and YES everyone notices.

To answer the question tho if u don't take my advice.... Boss suits are alot nicer than brooks...brooks are made cheap and the lapel stitching will bubble up...

Ehh, most of the good bespoke tailors that I know of are in NY or Philly. Ive heard stuff about some Asian tailors but Im skeptical.

Do ur research on them cause there are a ton of garbage tailors out there selling below quality stuff..

If your in the DC area I can vouch for Tailored Man.

walk into a legit retail BB store and you will feel the difference

Been to both. Neither the outlet or the company store is better than Boss imo.

Brooks Brothers suits fit my body type better and their upper level stuff is really the starting point for business standard.

Brooks brothers is really cheap to me. Along the same lines, brand wise, as Stacey Adams, Cole Haan, Tommy Hilfiger, Express, Jos. A. Bank, and all that other crap.

Hugo boss is basically nice mid-tier clothing.

but you can make anything look nice with the right Tailor.

mid tier? i paid 2000 for my tailored hugo boss linen silk suit...
